Based in Dunedin, we service the South Island. Washco has a good reputation among facilities, asset, building and property managers for getting the job done right the first time.
New Zealand's diverse climate and geography place unique demands on commercial buildings. Washco's experience across all claddings and surfaces – from aluminium and steel to concrete, composites and brick – ensures that your building will benefit from the correct expertise, optimal products and best technology.
Washco's experienced, industry-qualified technicians will assess the surfaces you need cleaned to determine the best techniques, tools and cleaning applications to get the job done. Heritage buildings, plaster-clad facades and high-end stone cladding are some of the delicate surfaces the Washco team can clean.
With Washco you can be confident that a senior member of the management team will turn up in-person to do an onsite inspection – that's how we get it right the first time. Big enough to have the resources, equipment and qualified people, Washco is also small enough to practise robust health and safety and to be more responsive and more reliable. It's why many Washco clients have been with the company for between 10 and 15 years.
Rope access and high rise building cleaning specialists, servicing residential, commercial and industrial buildings across the South Island for construction companies and body corporate managers.
